When removing the front top plate you have to 
unscrew the 2 self‐cutting screws at the front. 
Afterwards remove the caps which are located in the
corners of the front plate with a slotted screwdriver. 
Underneath the caps are self‐cutting screws which only
should be loosened. Pull the front plate approx. 2 cm to
the front and then tilt it carefully to the front.

Disconnect mains supply before removing the boiler casing.
