22. REGISTERING/DELETING DATA
It is possible to register or delete coordinate data of the known points in the
current JOB.
The coordinate data that has been registered can be output during setting for use
as instrument station, backsight station, known point, and setting-out point
coordinate data.
• It is possible to register 10000 items of coordinate data, including the data
inside the JOBs.
• There are two registration methods: key entry and entry from an external
instrument.

Output format and command operations: “Interfacing with the SOKKIA
SDR Electronic Field Book” and “Command Explanations” manuals.
• When entering known point data from an external device, SET does not check
the repeated point number.
• Communication setup can be performed in the known data as well. Select
“Comms Setup” in <Known data>.

• When “inch” is selected as the distance unit, the value must be input in “feet.”

PROCEDURE Using the key entry method to register known point coordinate data
1. Select “Known data” in Memory
Mode.
• Current JOB name is displayed.
2. Select “Key in coord” and input
known point coordinates and point
number.
