Grill Assembly
Step 3:
Refer to Fig. 3 and screw (2) Casters onto the
Right Rear Leg #1 and Right Front Leg #2,
then tighten with a wrench.
Step 4:
Push-off the wheel caps from the Wheels
first. Slide the Axle through the Left Front
Leg #4 and Left Rear Leg #3. Slide (1)
bushing and (1) Wheel over each end of
the Axle, and secure the Wheels into place
using (2) M8 washers and (2) M8 nuts as
shown as Fig. 4. Place the wheel caps onto
the outsides of the Wheels.
Step 5:
Attach the Cart Left Top Bracket to the Left
Front Leg #4 and Left Rear Leg #3 using (4)
M6x15 bolts, attach the Firebox Support
Bracket to the Right Front Leg #2 and Right
Rear Leg #1 using (4) M6x15 bolts, attach the
Cart Rear Bracket to (2) Rear Legs using (4)
M6x15 bolts as shown as Fig. 5A and Fig. 5B.

Step 3: Assemble Casters
Locate
: (2) Locking Casters
Procedure
:
Refer to Fig. 3 and screw (2) Casters onto
the Right Rear Leg #1 and Right Front Leg
#2, then tighten with a wrench.

Step 4: Assemble Wheels
Locate
: Axle, (2) Wheels, (2) M8 nuts, (2)
M8 Washers and (2) bushings for Axle
Procedure:
Push-off the wheel caps from
the Wheels first. Slide the Axle through
the Left Front Leg #4 and Left Rear Leg
#3. Slide (1) bushing and (1) Wheel over
each end of the Axle, and secure the
Wheels into place using (2) M8 washers
and (2) M8 nuts as shown as Fig. 4.
Place the wheel caps onto the outsides
of the Wheels.

: Cart Rear Bracket, Cart Left Top
Bracket, Firebox Support Bracket and
(12) M6x15 bolts
Procedure:
Attach the Cart Left Top
Bracket to the Left Front Leg #4 and Left
Rear Leg #3 using (4) M6x15 bolts, attach
the Firebox Support Bracket to the Right
Front Leg #2 and Right Rear Leg #1 using
(4) M6x15 bolts, attach the Cart Rear
Bracket to (2) Rear Legs using (4) M6x15
bolts as shown as Fig. 5A and Fig. 5B.

Procedure:
Push-off the wheel caps from

the Left Front Leg #4 and Left Rear Leg
#3. Slide (1) bushing and (1) Wheel over
each end of the Axle, and secure the
Wheels into place using (2) M8 washers
and (2) M8 nuts as shown as Fig. 4.
Place the wheel caps onto the outsides
of the Wheels.

Attach the Cart Left Top
Bracket to the Left Front Leg #4 and Left
Rear Leg #3 using (4) M6x15 bolts, attach
the Firebox Support Bracket to the Right
Front Leg #2 and Right Rear Leg #1 using
(4) M6x15 bolts, attach the Cart Rear
Bracket to (2) Rear Legs using (4) M6x15
bolts as shown as Fig. 5A and Fig. 5B.
