Grill Assembly
Attach the Cabinet to the Front Legs
using (2) M6x15 bolts, and attach the
Cabinet to the Rear Legs using (4)
M6x15 bolts as shown as Fig. 9B and
Fig. 9C.
Note: When attaching the Left Front
Leg, attach the Match Holder and
Chain by inserting the (1) M6x15 bolt
through the loop of the chain and
securely tightening as shown as
Fig. 9C.
Tighten the Left Front Leg #4
and Right Front Leg #2 to the left
and right side of bottom flange in
the Cabinet using (2) M6x15 bolts,
tighten the Cart Front Bracket
to the middle of bottom flange
using (1) M4x10 bolt as shown as
Fig. 9D

Step 9: Assemble the Gas and Char-
coal Cabinet and Cart
Locate
: (8) M6x15 bolts, (1) M4x10 bolt,
Match Holder and Chain
WARNING: This
step
requires
two
peo-
ple
to
lift
the
Gas and Charcoal Cabinet
with Lids Assembly. Failure to do so may
result in personal injury or damage to the
grill.
Procedure:
Place the Gas and Charcoal
Cabinet with Lids Assembly on top of the cart
as shown as Fig. 9A.
Attach the Cabinet to the Front Legs using
(2) M6x15 bolts, and attach the Cabinet to
the Rear Legs using (4) M6x15 bolts as
shown as Fig. 9B and Fig. 9C.
Note: When attaching the Left Front Leg, at-
tach the Match Holder and Chain by inserting
the (1) M6x15 bolt through the loop of the
chain and securely tightening as shown as
Fig. 9C.

Locate
: (8) M6x15 bolts, (1) M4x10 bolt,
Match Holder and Chain
WARNING: This

with Lids Assembly. Failure to do so may
result in personal injury or damage to the
grill.
Procedure:
Place the Gas and Charcoal
Cabinet with Lids Assembly on top of the cart
as shown as Fig. 9A.
Attach the Cabinet to the Front Legs using
(2) M6x15 bolts, and attach the Cabinet to
the Rear Legs using (4) M6x15 bolts as
shown as Fig. 9B and Fig. 9C.
Note: When attaching the Left Front Leg, at-
tach the Match Holder and Chain by inserting
the (1) M6x15 bolt through the loop of the
chain and securely tightening as shown as
Fig. 9C.

Procedure:
Place the Gas and Charcoal
Cabinet with Lids Assembly on top of the cart
as shown as Fig. 9A.
Attach the Cabinet to the Front Legs using
(2) M6x15 bolts, and attach the Cabinet to
the Rear Legs using (4) M6x15 bolts as
shown as Fig. 9B and Fig. 9C.
Note: When attaching the Left Front Leg, at-
tach the Match Holder and Chain by inserting
the (1) M6x15 bolt through the loop of the
chain and securely tightening as shown as
Fig. 9C.

Procedure:
Tighten the Left Front Leg #4

Assemble Lid Handle to
Charcoal Grill Lid
Locate
: (1) Lid Handle, (2) M6x15 bolts
Procedure:
Refer to Fig. 11, open the Char-
coal Grill Lid, place (2) M6x15 bolts through
the Lid holes. Fit the Lid Handle over the
bolts and tighten the bolts securely.
Step 10: Assemble Lid Handle to
the Gas Grill Lid
Locate:
Gas Grill Lid Handle Heat Shield,
(1) Lid Handle, (2) M6x15 bolts
Procedure:
Refer to Fig. 10, open the Gas
Grill Lid and fit the Heat Shield in place
inside the Lid, place (2) M6x15 bolts
through the Heat Shield and then the Lid
holes. Fit the Lid Handle over the bolts
and tighten the bolts securely.

Procedure:
Tighten the Left Front Leg #4

Assemble Lid Handle to
Charcoal Grill Lid
Locate
: (1) Lid Handle, (2) M6x15 bolts
Procedure:
Refer to Fig. 11, open the Char-
coal Grill Lid, place (2) M6x15 bolts through
the Lid holes. Fit the Lid Handle over the
bolts and tighten the bolts securely.
Step 10: Assemble Lid Handle to
the Gas Grill Lid
Locate:
Gas Grill Lid Handle Heat Shield,
(1) Lid Handle, (2) M6x15 bolts
Procedure:
Refer to Fig. 10, open the Gas
Grill Lid and fit the Heat Shield in place
inside the Lid, place (2) M6x15 bolts
through the Heat Shield and then the Lid
holes. Fit the Lid Handle over the bolts
and tighten the bolts securely.

Locate
: (1) Lid Handle, (2) M6x15 bolts
Procedure:
Refer to Fig. 11, open the Char-
coal Grill Lid, place (2) M6x15 bolts through
the Lid holes. Fit the Lid Handle over the
bolts and tighten the bolts securely.
Step 10: Assemble Lid Handle to
the Gas Grill Lid
Locate:
Gas Grill Lid Handle Heat Shield,
(1) Lid Handle, (2) M6x15 bolts
Procedure:
Refer to Fig. 10, open the Gas
Grill Lid and fit the Heat Shield in place
inside the Lid, place (2) M6x15 bolts
through the Heat Shield and then the Lid
holes. Fit the Lid Handle over the bolts
and tighten the bolts securely.

Cabinet with Lids Assembly. Failure to
do so may result in personal injury or
damage to the grill.
Place the Gas and Charcoal Cabinet
with Lids Assembly on top of the cart
as shown as Fig. 9A.
