5. Status LEDs
The HPSC and IPSC series have a different concept of Status LEDs. The following chapter
describes the LEDs and signaling, as well as the error codes stated by those LEDs.
5.1. HPSC-Series
All Strobe Controllers of the HPSC-series provide a
green
and a
yellow
status LED on the front
panel of the device. Due to the different microcontroller architecture and differences in the boot-
up routine, the HPSC1 and others (HPSC1 v2, HPSC2 and HPSC4) are slightly different in
signaling. They are coded as shown in the following sections.
Note:
The HPSC1 USB and RS-232 versions provide separated status LEDs, on the Ethernet
version these LEDs are part of the Ethernet / RJ45 connector.
