Invalid input/output size (code 16#0127 in Allen Bradley PLCs)
Assuming that the implicit messaging data size (based on the description in section 2.2.5 of
this manual) has been correctly defined in the PLC, the IO size mismatch could be caused by
an improper PDO mapping. To ensure a proper mapping, establish a serial connection
between
the
PC
and
the
CBC-EIP,
install
the
Tera
Term
software

) and follow the steps below:

Open Tera Term software (

As shown below, select “Serial” and if necessary, choose the port that is connected to the
CBC-EIP.
3.
Go to the “Setup” tab, then select “Terminal...”. In the “New

line” box, Select CR+LF for
the receive, as shown below
