broadband router

Your broadband router is out
of range of your Sky±HD box

Move your broadband router closer to your Sky±HD box

The password or PIN that
you have entered is incorrect.

Try to reconnect to the wireless network and ensure you
have entered the correct password or PIN, noting that this
is case-sensitive

Some other router settings
are preventing connection

If your router settings have changed, these may need to be
reverted to allow connection to your Sky±HD box.
My Sky±HD box is trying
to connect to the wrong
broadband router.
You need to reset your
network settings.
Press

Settings
, then the
Network
tab. Press
the
red
button to reset your network settings, then connect
to the right broadband router.
