Move steering column to forward position.

STEERING COLUMN IN LOWER POSITION

Reinstall the 2 bolts. Use new lock nuts. Torque nuts to 24 N•m (18 lbf•ft).

Reinstall all removed parts.

Position of console cap will be inverted. Instead of being above it will
be beneath steering column.
