This key
will bring you back to the main menu.
The
key will let you set the hub from L (low) to H (high).
Manual Program
Switch on the equipment. After the first check the display is showing M (manual mode), L (low hub), 30 s (time), 25 HZ
(frequency), 1,50MM (amplitude) and 2 (acceleration).
Press the
key to set the time. Pressing
or
will change the time by 10 seconds. If the key is held a faster
setting can be achieved. The time may be set between 30 and 180 seconds. Setting the frequency is done the same way
but by pressing the
key. Pressing
or
will change the frequency by 1 Hz. If the key is held the frequency will
change by 5 Hz steps. The frequency may be set between 25 and 50 HZ. The values for the amplitude and acceleration
will change automatically depending on the setting for Hz. You may not set these values separately.
Press the
key to start the equipment. Repress the
key to shortly stop the equipment and then once again to
restart. Press
in order to stop the equipment and finish the program.
Preset Programs
Press the
key to get to program selection. With each pressing of this key you will navigate to the next program.
Altogether there are 4 programs.
If you have selected a program you will see a graphical display of the exercise position and the respective program data,
which are exercise time span, total time, frequency, amplitude and acceleration. The total time is the sum of all remai-
ning exercise times of one program plus the automated break intervals between the exercises. Each program contains 6
different exercise positions with different settings for exercise time span, frequency, amplitude and acceleration. You may
select the desired exercise position with the
and
keys.
Start the program with the
key. After completion of an exercise the next one will automatically start after a short break
interval.
Should you need a break during a training program, press the
key to stop the equipment. Press the
key again to
restart the program.
User programs
Press the
key to get tot the user programs. There are three of them. Each user program is divided into ten time
sections that are displayed on the left hand side via a bar chart. Each pressing of the
key will let you navigate to the
next program.
Start the selected program with the
key. Should you need a break during a training program, press the
key to stop
the equipment. Press the
key again to restart the program.
In order to change the setting of a program press the
key in the desired program. You may modify the total time
with the
and
key. First the minutes and with another pressing of the
key the seconds. After another press
for the
key you will get to the settings for the first time frame. You may select the desired frequency with the
and
key. Press
to confirm the setting and you will get to the next time frame. You may set all timeframes as
described. The settings in the user programs will automatically be saved.
