A:
調 整 針線 張 力。

A: Adjust the needle thread tension
2. 針線的 跳線現象 Q:
車 針的 選擇 不 對？
A:
選擇配 合布料 的 車針與 縫 線 號 碼 。
Q: Choose the wrong needle?
A: Select the needle and thread number match the fabrics

車 針 不良 ？
A:
換 新車 針。
Q: Bad needle?
A: Change a new needle
Q:
車 針 與 左勾針 尖 端之間 有間 隙 ？
A:
調 整 左 勾 針尖端 與 車針之 間隙 為
0~0.05mm
Q: Any clearance between the needle and the top of the left
looper?
A: Adjust the distance from the top of the left looper to the
needle to be 0~0.05mm

張 力調 整小彈簧不 起作 用？
A: (1.)
小 彈簧 不起 作用時，要 把 彈 簧拉 緊一點 。 （注 意 ） 拉 太
長則 會發生斷線。

張力 調 整體發生溝槽 時 ， 則須 更換新 調 整盤 。

A: (1.) If the small spring does not function, pull it to be more
tightened. (Note) The broken thread will happen if pull
the spring too tight.
(2.) If there is any groove existing on the tension adjusting
plate, please change a new one.
