DESCRIPTION OF ADJUSTING
THE ELECTRIC EYE SENSOR
請勿連接AC電源。有可能破裂、燒毀。
Do not connect AC power, or it may be broken or burnt.
Precautions:
1.Please fastening the screws with the
strength under 8
kg - cm
.
2.The longest time from connecting the power
to the performance is 60ms.
3.When placing outside, please put into a
shell for avoiding from the direct sunlight, or
rain.
4.Do not place the machine in the easy
vibrating or shocking environment, or it may
cause the displacement of the light axis.
5.If there is some water or oil splashed on the
lens, it may easily cause the error. Thus,
please set the defending board for avoiding
water or oil.
6.Do not use the machine in the environment
where having chemicals (organic solvent,
acid, alkali).
7.Use the machine in the environment with
chaotic lights, please cover it with a shell or
change the direction of installation to make
sure no error would happen.
8.When using the device in the environment
where in the dust, please install in the sealed
shell, or install an air purifier…etc to avoid
exposing the dust on the lens.
9.Although cables are oil resistance, please
do not use the machine in the environment
where easily splashed or permeated by
water and oil . Besides, please avoid the end
of cables being splashed by water and oil.

.安 裝螺 絲時 ， 請 施 加

.從 接 通電 源 到 作 動 的時 間 最 長60m s。

.設 置 在室 外 時 ， 請 裝 入 殼 體 內， 防止陽
光 照射 、雨 水 淋 濕 。

.應 避免 在 振 動 、 衝 擊 大的 場 所使 用， 否
則可 能會 導 致 光 軸 偏 移 。

.水 、 油濺 到 透 鏡 面 時 ，可 能 導致 誤動
作 。請 設 置 遮 擋 板 ，以 免 水 、油直 接濺
上。

.請 勿在 化學 藥 品(有 機 溶 劑 、酸 、鹼)的環
境 中使 用 。

.在 有 大量 外 亂 光 的 場 所 使 用時， 請用護
蓋等 遮光 或 改 變 安 裝 方向 ， 確認 不會 產
生 誤動 作。

.在 多塵 埃的 環 境 中 使 用時 ， 請 安裝於 密
封 外殼 內 ， 加 裝 空 氣 清 淨等 對策， 以免
塵埃 附著 在 透 鏡 面 上 。

.雖 然 纜線 為 耐 油 型 ，但 請 勿 在 經常 會濺
到或 滲入 水 及 油 的 場 所使 用 。另外 ，請
避 免纜 線端 部 濺 到 水 及 油。
