Introduction
(4)To adjust to a proper pressure: turn the
screw clockwise will increase the
pressure, where as turn it counter
clockwise will decrease the pressure.

)調 整 適 當 壓 力 ， 螺 絲 順 時 針 方 向
旋 轉 時 ， 壓 力 加 大 ， 反 之 減 弱 。

2.Adjust the lift amount of the presser foot.
(1)Rotate the pulley to move the feed dog
downward until the feed dog is under the
needle plate, as well as the bottom of the
presser foot touches the needle plate
flatly.
(2)Loosen the nut , and press the pull rod
in order to rise the presser foot from
the needle plate in about 5.0 ~ 5.5 mm.
Then, adjust the screw and tighten the
nut .
(3)There should be a clearance of 0.5 mm
between the pull rod and the fixed
bracket , which can be adjusted by
loosening the screw slightly.
(4)After all the adjustments above please
tighten the screw .(Fig.31)

)轉 動 皮 帶 輪 使 送 具 降 至 針 板 下 ， 押
具 底 平 貼 針 板 。

)放 鬆 螺 帽 ， 壓 下 拉 桿 使 押 具 上
升 至 適 當 位 置 約
5.0 ~ 5.5mm
， 調
整 螺 絲 及 固 定 螺 帽 。

)拉 桿 與 固 定 座 須 保 持 有
0.5mm
的 間 隙 ， 可 輕 輕 放 鬆 螺 絲 調 整 。

)要 確 實 鎖 緊 螺 絲 。
