– Place the mower in the working position.
– Use the supplied tools (3) to release the lever (2)
and open the front folding guards (1) upwards, so
that you are able to access the discs.
– Replace or reverse the blade (5) with the special
key (4), as shown in the figure. Pay attention to the
left and right direction marks on the blades (5) and
the disc rotation direction during mowing!
– Place the front folding guard (1) back into the
protection position.
– Store the new left and right blades in the box with
the cover (6). Hold the cover open!
– Reinstall the special key to the cutter bar frame
and protect it from falling off by using a tractor pin
(7).

When replacing the blades pay
attention to the direction of the
rotating discs!

The correct blade position is the one in
which the blade is facing the disc
rotation direction.

When one cutting edge is worn out,
simply reverse the blade and use the
other cutting edge.

Make sure the inserted blade is flexibly
mounted.
–
In order to lift the cutter bar, the front
folding guard (1) must be closed (to
prevent damage to the front folding
guard)!
4. Maintenance and periodical overhauls
4.1 Special safety instructions
–
Repair works, maintenance, periodical
overhauls, cleaning and elimination of
funtctional disturbances must be
performed with the switched off drive
and stand still engine! Remove the
ignition key!

When injured with splashed oil find
medical help immidiately.
– Consider other safety instructions to
prevent damages and accidents.
4.2 General
To insure faultless working of the machine
and to reduce the wear out always
consider the maintenance instructions
and periodical overhauls. This includes
cleaning, greasing and lubricating of built
in parts and components.
