AUFBEREITER
ANBAUEINLEITUNG
Schutzblech (Pos. 5, Bild 5) durch
herausdrehen der Schraube und Mutter
(Pos. 14 u. 28) entfernen.
Schutzröhre (Pos. 9, Bild 5) und
Schutztuch (Pos. 20, Bild 5) entfernen.
Auf den Mähbalken die Aufbereiter-
Träger (Pos.34 u. 35, Bild 8) mittels
Schrauben und Mutter M12 (Pos. 45 u.
46, Bild 8) aufmontieren .
Zwei Personen packen den Aufbereiter
bei den Griffen (Pos.24, Bild 9) und
schieben den Aufbereiter auf die Träger
(Pos. 34 u. 35, Bild 8)
Aufbereiter durch den Einbau der Büchse
(Pos. 42, Bild 8), Scheibe und Mutter M16
(Pos. 41 u. 44, Bild 8) befestigen.
Auf den Träger (Bild 8) die Halterung
(Pos. 6) und Öse (Pos. 5) mittels
Schrauben (Pos. 9) und Mutter (Pos. 10,
Bild 8) montieren.
Vom Keilriemenschutz (Pos. 3, Bild 2),
Wellenschutz-Deckel (Pos. 45, Bild 2)
entfernen. Auf die Welle die Aufbereiter-
Getriebe (Pos. 2, Bild 8) montieren und
mit dem Schraube (Pos. 39) und Mutter
(Pos. 38, Bild 10) befestigen.
Schutztücher (Poz. 8, 33; Bild 8)
montieren.
Gelenkwelle (Pos. 7) zwischen
Aufbereitergetriebe (Pos. 2) und
Aufbereiter (Pos.1) (Bild 8) anbringen.
Demontage des Aufbereiters erfolgt in
umgekehrten Reichenfolge. Schutzbleche
und Schutztuch unbedingt wieder
montieren!
Beim Arbeit Allgemeine Sicherheits- und
Unfallverhüttungsvorschriften beachten!.

CONDITIONER
MOUNTING INSTRUCTION
Remove the front guard (pos. 5, fig. 5) by
unscrewing the screw and nut (pos.14
and 28, fig. 5).
Remove also guard rail (pos.9, fig. 5)
and protection curtain (pos. 20, fig. 5).
Mount both conditioner holders (pos. 34,
35, fig. 8) on the mower, by using screws
and nuts M 12 mm (pos. 45, 46, fig. 8).
Two persons seize the conditioner at the
Handles pos. 24, fig. 9) and slip the
conditioner on the holders (pos. 34, 35,
fig. 8).
Insert both sleeves (pos. 42, fig. 8),
washers and nuts M16 (pos. 41, 44,
fig. 8).
Mount bracket welded (pos. 6) and
stiffener (pos. 5) by using screws (pos. 9)
and nut (pos.10) on support (fig. 8).
Dismount the shaft cover (pos. 45, fig. 2)
from the front belt protection (pos.3,
fig. 2) and mount the conditioner –
gearbox (pos. 2, fig. 8) by using the
screw (pos. 39) and nut (pos. 38) on the
shaft (fig. 10).
Mount protection courtains (pos. 8 and
33, fig. 8).
Mount the P.T.O. shaft (pos. 7) between
the conditioner (pos. 1) (fig. 8) and
conditioner-gearbox (pos. 2).
Dismounting of the conditioner is
carried out the other way round. Dont
forget to remount the protection plate and
protection cover!

Mit dem Hebel Bild 27, wird die
Aufbereitungs- Intensität, durch die
Stauklappe verstellt. Klappe nach unten:
das Aufbereiten intensiver, Klappe nach
oben: das Aufbereiten wild gemildert.
ADJUSTMENT OF THE
CONDITIONER
The intensity od the conditioning is
adjusted by the adjustment handle fig 27
by which you get the flop closer or more
away from the top of the conditioning
roler. The flap should be closer to the
roler when mowing stranger grass, and
more away when mowing weaken grass.
