Channel Lock

NOTE:
In
order to view locked channels, you have to enter your password. Parental Guidance
blocks programmes according to their parental level. This feature is available only for digital
TV and the tuned-in channel must support it.
Parental
Guidance
Allows you to select the programme rating threshold to lock programmes and channels with age
ratings. It operates according to the information from the broadcasting stations, therefore if the
signal has incorrect information or no information at all, the function will not operate.
Selections are:
• No Block
• Block All
• Block G
• Block PG
• Block M
• Block MA
• Block AV
• Block R
NOTE:
Once the Parental Guidance mode is turned 'On', you can set viewing restrictions for
DTV TV reception only, but not input source from HDMI or component.
NOTE:
The program rating threshold will block access to any programmes and channels with
the selected rating lock or above (ie. 'Block MA' will lock all programmes with ratings MA, AV
and R).
Key Lock
Press the / buttons to select the “Key Lock” option and then press right button to choose
between the options ON or OFF. After selecting ON, the front panel buttons
INPUT, MENU, CH+, CH-, VOL+, VOL- of the device will be locked.
Hotel Mode
Opens the “Hotel Mode” menu.
Backlight
Controls the Backlight.
