Trigger filter
is a special variant of the weighted filter, where the interval
data isn’t weighted, but the trigger algorithm for recordings uses a
weighting model.
3.2.4.
Transient Recording
When an instantaneous value in the interval measurements system
exceeds the selected threshold level for any of the three nodes, a transient
recording is initiated.
•
One transient for each node will be recorded.
•
Pre-trig length is always 1 second, but the recording length after
the trigger is adjustable between 1 and 40 seconds (same value
applies to all three nodes).
•
The maximum and minimum values of the threshold level
depend on the selected measurement standard. The thresholds
can be set individually for the three nodes. Each node threshold
can also be individually enabled or disabled.
•
Both the recording length and the thresholds can be set through
INFRA Net.
•
If the ‘data’ SMS function is enabled, an SMS including the
maximum values from the three transients is sent each time a
transient is recorded. The configuration of this function is
described in section 4.1.7.
3.2.5.
Overload Handling
If analog or digital overload occurs in one or many samples during an
interval period, the interval value of that interval period is tagged with an
overload flag. Analogously, if analog or digital overload occurs in one or
more samples during recording of the transient, the corresponding
transient file will be tagged with an overload flag. In this way INFRA Net
can indicate possible overload in its interval and transient data reports.
