In additon to this, it is checked if maximally one synchronisation function (measuring
phase) is active.
– Control direction:
Control command = ON: Continue with synchronisation check.
Control command = OFF: Continue with control phase (no synchronisation
required).
– Synchronisation check:
Checks whether the control device concerned shall be switched on synchronised
or evaluation of the number of input messages
