3.3 Mounting the device

1.
Working from the front, insert the device with inserted mounting seal into the mounting
cut-out.
2.
Place the clamping frame from the rear on the stainless steel front of the device.
3.
Insert one of the provided mounting clips into the guide slot at the upper right-hand corner
and tighten the setscrew only until its point comes to rest in the center hole on the
clamping frame as shown in the picture detail.

It must still be possible to move the mounting clip without the setscrew getting loose.
If necessary, loosen the setscrew or tighten it a little.

Insert two mounting clips in the same way into the opposite (diagonal) corners.

4.
Insert the remaining mounting clips one after the other.
5.
Check the correct fit of the mounting seal.

The edge of the mounting seal must be flush on all sides with the stainless steel front.

The edge may protrude by about 0.1 to 0.5 mm.

Tighten the setscrews of the opposite (diagonal) corner mounting clips:

Torque wrench, tightening torque 1.3 Nm

7.
Continue in the same way with the top and bottom row from the outside in and on the
opposite (diagonal) end.
8.
Continue in the same way with the left and right row from the outside in and on the
opposite (diagonal) end until all mounting clips are installed.
9.
Check to make sure that the stainless steel front rests against the installation location on
all sides and that the mounting seal is pressed down all around.
10.
Tighten all mounting clips once again with the torque wrench and a tightening torque of
1.3 Nm.
Removal
Proceed in the reverse order for the removal. Dispose of the used mounting seal.
