Meaning
Counter screen
Display the set value of part count, and the actual
production quantity of this power on.
Function screen
Select language, adjust the contrast and set the
back light function.
Load/save screen
Load/ save mold number and parameters to/from
CI or MMC card.
Data screen
Display the position and time during the latest 10
injections and cycles.
Service screen
The basic settings for the machine, such as linear
scale, proportional valve, password, etc.
Mold open/close screen:
Set the process parameters for 3 stages mold open
/ 4 stages mold close.
Ejector setting screen:
Set the process parameters for 3 ejector
advance/retract modes, and ejector mode.
Carriage setting screen:
Set the process parameters for carriage
advance/retract, and charging mode.
Injection setting screen:
Set the process parameters for 4 injection modes/
3 pressure holding modes, and switch mode.
Charging setting screen:
Set the process parameters for 4 charging modes,
and back pressure selection.
Core 1 setting screen:
Set process parameters for core 1, and select core
3.
Core 2 setting screen:
Set process parameters for core 2, and select core
3.
Air blow setting screen:
Set parameters for air blow 1 / 2 .
Mold adjustment screen:
Select manual mode or auto mode, and set
process parameters.
