Extended ChannelDiagnosis
The SPP2000 signals all diagnostic interrupts as "ChannelDiagnostic Alarms". For that reason,
the value of the "UserStructureIdentifier" field for the diagnostic interrupt is always "0x8000".
The hardware interrupts are signaled as "User specified" and have a value from 1 to XXX. The
precise structure of the hardware interrupts is described below.
