6.6.2 Installation
Procedure:
1.
Insert and fix screw

, Torx T20, with washer and distance
hose.
2.
Connect O-rings to fluid connection nozzle.
Whenever the fluid connections are opened, replace the
O-rings.
3.
Attach fluid connections

to heater with
securing clips

.
4.
Attach NTC temperature sensor
(6)
with spring washer to
heater by using an open-end wrench A/F 8/10 mm.
Only lightly tighten NTC temperature sensor until the
spring washer is situated flat (0.5–0.9 Nm).
When screwing in the NTC temperature sensor, ensure
that the connecting cable is not twisted!
5.
Connect wires for thermal link

(blue), for heater connection
(5)
(red) and connecting cable (red) for NTC temperature
sensor to the electronics board.
6.
Attach safety thermal link

to the heater with securing clip
and Torx T20 screw
( 2)
.
7.
Fix two protective conductor connections
(1)
with screw Torx
T20.
8.
Lead and fix the cables carefully as shown in the picture.
9.
Attach the watertank support as described in the chapter “
watertank support replacement”.
When repair is complete, perform a pressure and leak test.
10.
Assemble appliance as described in the chapter “General
disassembly”.
Important:
Lead the brown cable from the mains in a loop around the
silicone hose coming from the pump. Install the violet and the
red cable as shown in the picture.
