External Calls
Lift the handset.
Enter the station number.
Lift the handset.
Dial the external code and the external num-
ber.

Press the Line key.

You can make calls without lifting the
handset. After you dial the first digit,
open listening is activated automati-
cally. When the other party answers,
lift the handset or talk handsfree. If
the other party does not answer or is
busy, press the Speaker key to dis-
connect.
Your system may also be pro-
grammed so that you have to press
the Internal key before you dial an in-
ternal station number. In that case
you simply have to dial the external
number in order to make an external
call.
