Answering Calls
Answering a Call
Your telephone rings. Watch the display for in-
formation on the caller.
Open Listening
While engaged in a call and using the handset,
you can press a key to activate the loudspeak-
er so that other people in the room can tempo-
rarily listen in on your call.
Handsfree Operation When Receiving a Call
Your telephone rings. Watch the display for in-
formation on the caller.
Handsfree Operation During a Call
You can switch to handsfree operation while
engaged in a call and using the handset.
Lift the handset.
Speak.
To activate the loudspeaker press the Speaker
key; the LED lights up.
To deactivate the loudspeaker press the illu-
minated Speaker key; the LED goes out.

Hold down the Speaker key
(In US: only press the Speaker key)
and
replace the handset at the same time.
Then release the Speaker key and talk hands-
free
