item, the item is indicated by one of the following icons in this volume.

Indicates that the procedures should be performed at intervals of half year.
1Y
Indicates that the procedures should be performed at intervals of one year.
2Y
Indicates that the procedures should be performed at intervals of two years.
3Y
Indicates that the procedures should be performed at intervals of three years.
