Opening the device invalidates the Siemens warranty. Only the manufacturer is permitted to 

carry out repairs to the device.  

 

If the device is defective or damaged, proceed as follows (only during the warranty period): 
1.

 

Deinstall the device. You can find more information in chapter Deinstallation (Page 24). 

2.

 

Pack the device in a suitable manner to prevent it from being damaged during transport. 

3.
