Current Derating Due to Low Speed
During phases of a static rotating field or low rotating field frequencies (f ≤ 5 Hz) the pow-
er semiconductors of the output stage are subject to higher loads.
For devices of the generation SD4 the current will be limited at rotating field frequen-
cies < ƒ
