Der Propeller ist korrekt auf der Achse befestigt.

Die Propeller lassen sich frei im Tunnel drehen.

Das Getriebegehäuse ist mit Getriebeöl gefüllt.

Die Ölablaßschraube ist (inkl. Kupferdichtung) angezogen.

F

Die Befestigungsschrauben der Zinkanode sind mit Locktite
o.ä. versehen und angezogen.

F

Antifouling ist auf Getriebegehäuse und Propeller aufge-
tragen, NICHT auf Zinkanode oder den Verschluß des
Getriebegehäuses, wo der Propeller anliegt.

F

Der Vorratsbehälter für das Öl ist oberhalb der Wasserlinie
montiert und wie vorgeschrieben mit Getriebeöl gefüllt.

F

Die Bürstenfedern sitzen korrekt auf den Bürsten im
Elektromotor (durch das Gitter am oberen Motorende prüfen).

F

Kontrollpanel und Thruster funktionieren in gleicher Richtung.

F

Alle elektrischen Verbindungen sind sauber, trocken und fest.
Die richtige Leitungs-, Sicherungs- und Haupschalter-größe
sind verwendet worden.

F

Die Fixierschrauben der elastischen Kupplung sind in beiden
Teilen festgezogen.

F

Die Bolzen, die Getriebegehäuse und Motorhalterung
zusammen halten, sind korrekt angezogen.

Die Bolzen, die Elektromotor und Motorhalterung zusammen
halten sind korrekt angezogen.

Der Thruster ist wie in diesem Manual vorgeschrieben installiert

und alle Punkte der obigen Checkliste sind kontrolliert worden.
