b. PROTECTIVE OPERATIONS

Input (primary side): Protected from circuit errors by current fuse.

Output (secondary side): Protected from battery reverse connection and
output short-circuiting by electronic circuit and circuit breaker.
c. INSPECTION METHOD of ABNORMALITIES

Both the red and green
LEDs do not come on.
The power cord is not
correctly connected.
Check the connection status.
The circuit breaker is
open.
Pull out the power plug.
After the body of the charger
stops, remove the error cause,
and close the circuit breaker
after 60 seconds.
The output connector
is loose.
Seat the output connector all
the way and lock it securely.
The battery is obviously
in a discharged state,
but the trickle charge
mode
starts
immediately.
The battery is in a
deteriorated state.
Replace the battery with a new
one.

Cleaning of fuel cock filter
A)
Close the fuel cock.
B)
Untighten and remove the ring nut
with pliers or the like.
C)
Wipe away the fuel in the cup with
cloth or the like.
D)
Remove the filter from the fuel cock
main unit and wash it in gasoline.
E)
Install the filter, cup and ring nut to
the original position positively.
Be sure to open the fuel cock and check that no fuel leaks.
F)
After inspection, close the fuel cock.
