Network
Set a network segment as the notification
address of the router BGP.

Neighbor
The address of the device that the router
can reach at one hop.

Set the peer peer AS number to be the
same as the local AS number to establish
an IBGP neighbor. The local AS number is
inconsistent with the local AS number.

BGP update source interface selection.
