SAFETY
PRECAUTIONS
For

The
operator
should

follow
these
safety
guidelines:
The
machine
should
only
be
used

Do
not
wear
gloves,
neckties,
jewelry
or
loose
clothing/hair
while
operating
the
machine.
For
eye
protection,
always
wear
protective
safety
glasses.
Check
the
blade
tension
and
adjust
blade
guides
before
starting
the
machine.
Use
auxiliary
clamping
or
supporting
devices
to
fix
material
in
place
before
cutting
long
workpieces.
Always
make
sure
the
material
is
clamped
firmly
in
place
before
starting
to
cut.
Do
not
remove
jammed
or
cut
‐
off
pieces
until
the
blade
has
come
to
a
full
stop.
Keep
fingers
away
from
the
path
of
the
blade.
Protection
devices
should
be
in
place
at
all
times.
For
your
own
safety,
never
remove
these
devices.
Disconnect
machine
from
the
power
source
before
making
repairs
or
adjustments.
Wear
protection
gloves
only
when
changing
the
blade.
Do
not
operate
the
machine
while
under
the
influence
of
drugs,
alcohol
or
medication.
Do
not
take
your
eyes
off
the
machine
while
in
operation.
Do
place
warning
signs
to
mark
out
machine
work
zone
and
restrict
entry
to
be
staff
‐
only.
