COOK contains the following 10 cooking categories.

COOK allows you to cook foods listed in the chart on page 21. The cooking times and power levels are
calculated for you.
Each category has a recipe section which contains a variety of dishes, which have step by step instructions.
There is no need to make any cooking decisions because the oven “knows” exactly how to cook each for perfect
results; you simply press the
START
key as indicated.
Example:
For AUTO COOK MENU. To cook 1.0kg roast beef (medium)
NOTE:
If the display prompts “Allow to stand”, press the “TIMER FOR STAND” button and follow the instructions on the
display.
1. Press the
COOK
key
2. Press the MEAT key.
3. Press the ROAST BEEF/LAMB
key.
4. Select rare, medium or
well-done according to
preference.
5. Cooking hint will appear, follow
the instructions then press the
PAGE FORWARD key.
6. Enter the weight, 1.0 by pressing
the number keys. 1.0kg will flash
on and off on the display. Then
press the START key to start
cooking.
Display counts down
through the cooking time.
