(1) 5V power voltage adjustment
1) Set the 5V and 24V power outputs to non-load state.
2) Input the rated power voltage to the primary side (AC). (Turn on the power.)
Set the voltmeter across resistor R777 (5V
∼
GND), and turn and adjust RV704 so that the output voltage is 5.15
±
0.05V.
(2) 5V power overcurrent protection detection level adjustment
1) Set the 5V and 24V power outputs to non-load state.
2) Input the rated power voltage to the primary side (AC). (Turn on the power.)
Measure the voltage across resistor R784. Suppose the measured value is X.
3) Calculate the adjustment voltage Y from the formula below:
Y = X – 0.13
4) Set the voltmeter between 16pin of ICM704 and GND (R777), and turn and adjust RV703 so that the output voltage is Y
