TIMER OPERATIONS
You can schedule a fax sending or polling operation, etc. up to one week in advance. This is useful for when you will not be
in the office or when you want to send faxes when phone rates are cheapest.

You can set the following types of timer operations.
●
You can set up to 50 timer operations (timer operation numbers).
However, you can only set one polling or serial polling operation.
●
Originals are automatically erased from memory after the timer operation is performed. It is convenient to use the program
function if you frequently perform the same transmission operation to the same recipient. (See page 3-25)
●
To perform a timer operation, you must first scan the original into memory. The fax machine cannot send the original at the
reserved time if you simply place the original in the SPF or on the original table.
●
If you do not specify the day for a timer operation, the operation is performed at the time you specify regardless of the day
that time falls upon.
●
When you perform a relay request you must first enter a relay group. (See page 3-12)
●
The timer operation is performed even if the fax machine is in copier mode when the scheduled time arrives.
●
On this model, you set the date and time with a user program. (See page Appendix-25)
