USING CONVENIENT

FUNCTIONS 1

Note

How to Use Broadcasting

Set the original, select the appropriate original size, resolution, and exposure,
then perform the following operation.

In fax mode, press the BROADCAST key.

BROADCAST MODE

DIAL:

Enter the recipient's fax number using the numeric keys.

●

You can also use the rapid key, speed dialling, group dialling, or the
redial key (redials the fax number for the first broadcast location).

Cancelling

When you make a mistake entering a fax number...

Press the CLEAR key and enter the number again.

You cannot use program dialling or search dialling.

Press the START key.

PRESS START LAST

DIAL:

Repeat steps 2 and 3 to enter up to 200 recipient fax
numbers.

If you enter 50 fax numbers in one group dial key, and
50 fax numbers in another group dial key, together they
count as 100 locations.

When you are finished entering fax numbers, press the
START key.

Broadcast transmission begins.

Cancelling

When you want to cancel a broadcast transmission...

Press the CLEAR key and sending is cancelled. (See page 2-12)
