P119 PASSCODE # SETTING
Use program P119 to create passcodes that contain the phone numbers of fax machines you want to allow to poll your fax
machine. You can create a maximum of 10 passcodes.
You can print out a list of the passcodes and phone numbers you have entered.
When you enter P119, the following message is displayed.
P119:PASSCODE # MODE

Press the START key.
PASSCODE # MODE
1=SET, 2=CLEAR
How to Create Passcodes

Press the "1" key.
ENTER PASSCODE #
(01-10) =

Enter the passcode number (01 to 10) using the numeric keys.

If you enter a previously entered passcode, you return to step 1.

Enter the phone number using the numeric keys.

The phone number can be up to 20-digits long.
●
To input a plus (+) symbol, press the key and to input a space, press the # key.
●
If you make a mistake entering the number, pressing the CLEAR key erases characters one at a time. Enter the
correct number from the last character erased.

Press the START key.
How to Erase Passcodes

Enter the passcode number (01 to 10) that you want to erase using the numeric keys.
