• IC5402 (SiI169G)
HDCP decoder.
Outputs TMDS signals from SiI160G as two-phase (ODD/EVEN) image data with RGB of 8 bits each, and decodes
HDCP.
• IC5501, IC5502 (TLVD823)
LVDS transmitter.
Converts two-phase (ODD/EVEN) image data (RGB of 8 bits each) sent from SiI169G to LVDS signals. Because both
IC5501 and IC5502 receive the same signals, outputs are also the same.
• IC5802 (IXB246WJ)
CS voltage switching control IC. It generates the timing to switch CS voltage (quaternary) by CS signal output from
IC4301.
• IC1704 (FA3675)
IC for controlling switching power supply. Controls step-down switching regulator 5 circuit and step-up switching
regulator 1 circuit with PWM control.
• IC7851, IC7852 (LM2642MT)
2 ch step-down synchronous rectification switching controller. Drives rear-stage N channel MOSFET and controls 2
channels. Controls 8.1V and 3.4V at IC7851, 6.3V and 5.2V at IC7852.
• IC101 (TPS850)
Photo IC.
Controls the backlight brightness according to this IC's output voltage when the brightness sensor is turned on.
• IC7301, IC7401, IC7501, IC7601 (BD9884FV)
DC-AC inverter control IC. Integrates a low voltage protection circuit, soft start circuit and timer latch circuit; performs
half-bridge 2-channel sync control, current/voltage feedback control and sync control of multiple BD9884FVs.
