5.7 Timing outputs
In order to configure the timing outputs placed in the devices, the different setting options can
be found in the entry called Timing Outputs, where both the main ports and the expansion ports
(if available) can be easily configured. Note that all these configurations can be set through the
CLI as well, just like shown in 0.
In the main section of the WR-ZEN TP-FL timing output configuration, the parameter that can be
changed is the CLK TTL, which is the output 10 MHz signal with TTL levels. This port is pre-
calibrated by default so that its rising edge is outputted 4ns before the rising edge of the main
PPS OUT. The user can modify this pre-calibration by changing the
user offset
in order to
compensate for user cables length.

In the expansion section, channels A and B can be set attending three different modes: xPPS,
IRIG-B and 10MHz. Just like in the main port section, the user can compensate the pre-calibration
of these expansion ports by adding a user offset.
