Step 1.
Use 4 Counter-Sunk Screws to attach the extensions (from the
Rear bracket & extension kit
) to
both sides of the KVM switch module. Please note the length of the extensions in advance and
then mount them in the following way. For a 2U module, the extensions are mounted to the lower
half of the module.

Step 2.
Use
4 Cabinet screws
to screw the unit on the rack
Caution
Do NOT remove the safety stoppers unless the assembly is fully completed.
