2.11. TR-INR Inertia Sensor
The TR-INR inertia sensor is a programmable accelerometer and impact sensor
that can measure rapid acceleration or deceleration, abrupt movement in bus
braking or turning which can lead to complaints or injury claims. Video footage
recorded with the sensor provides valuable information for reviewing incidents
and for training purposes as well. The inertia sensor has adjustable trigger
thresholds which can be wired to trigger alarms and signals. The unit measures
4.55" × 2.55" ×1.65" (H × W × D).

2.12. CAN Network
The EX4 Plus 35 DVR has a built-in CAN interface for connecting to J1939
compliant vehicle networks. J1939 is a Society for Automotive Engineers (SAE)
specification for network communication in a vehicle. Seon Design can factory
program the Smart-Link module to accept ten signals from the large selection
available on a vehicle. For more information, please contact your sales
representative at Seon Design to discuss the CAN interface.
2.13. EZN Decoy System
The EZN decoy system uses a live camera that does not have to be changed from
bus to bus, only the DVR must be removed. For decoy systems, the lock box and
all the harness and cables are installed the same as for a live system.
