My Account

The My Account screen enables you to enter your details and to define your notification
message preferences

.

This defines the timing and type of automatic messages sent to you.

Messages are sent once a day, if your predefined notification threshold for one or more of the
monitored patients is exceeded. The notification message reminds you to log into the system,
and may be chosen to be received in the form of email, text message or both, and also may be
disabled completely or during weekends and federal holidays.
