While the patient is holding the front buckle steady on the sternum, carefully center the
back of the sensor vest by aligning the lower end of the Back Center Strip with the
patient’s spine. To verify, use your fingers to feel the spinal column in the lower part of the
vest near the back sensor. Once centered, hold the back piece in place.
