6.2 Description of the maintenance
operations
All maintenance operations should be carried
out with the machine at rest and the main
switch in off mode.
The use of the appropriate tools in a good state of repair
and personal protection such as gloves, overalls and
protective shoes are recommended.
Make sure that any guards, which may have been
removed for maintenance operations, are in the correct
position.
Make sure that all information and/or risk indication
labels are in good condition. If necessary replace them
with originals, which are to be applied on the same
position (see par.6.4 “Sticker plan”).
6.2.1 First assistance at 50/100 hours
After the first 50 hours of running time of the machine:

Replace the discharge hydraulic filter. For the
replacement see the point 5) “
Replacing the
unloading discharge filter cartridge (Fig. 54).”of
par. 6.2.2”.

Inspect the seals of the hydraulic circuit, of the
pistons and of the pumps thoroughly, if a loss is
noticed, screw pipes and connections, if the
leakage continues, please contact the dealer.
After the first 100 hours of running time of the
machine:
x
Replace for the first time oil in the reduction gear and
in the coupler.
6.2.2 Ordinary maintenance
For a proper maintenance, please reefer to what stated
here below
EVERY 8 HOURS
1) Checking the hydraulic system oil level
With the hydraulic system oil cold and the machine on a
level plane, check the level by using the inspection hole (
Fig. 50), the level must correspond to the MAX.
Eventually refill it, using the oil of the kind
recommended.
If a loss is noticed, screw pipes and connections, if the
leakage continues, please contact the dealer.
