Lean your body forward very slowly, and feel the Trekker PT move forward

Recover your posture slowly to the upright position, and feel the vehicle decelerate and stop

Practice items (g) and (h) until you are comfortable with moving and stopping

Checking first that there is nothing behind you, lean your body backward slightly, and you will
start to go backward

Slowly bring your body to the upright position, and you will slow and then stop
WARNING: It is not recommended to drive backwards for more than a few steps.
Whenever possible, turn the vehicle using a left or right turn.
NOTE: The more relaxed the rider is, the easier it is to maintain balance. It's easier to learn than
riding a bicycle. Stand upright, and stay relaxed.
