5. Remove the washer from the stow pin-bolt
and unthread the hex nut from the bolt.
6. Put one of the washers onto the stow pin-bolt
and insert it into the bracket toward the
elevation driven sprocket.
7. Put the other washer, and then thread the two
hex nuts onto the bolt.
8. Tighten the hex nuts to prevent the hardware
from loosening while in the stowed
configuration.
9. Verify that the antenna does not rotate in
elevation.
