(a) In the event of a controversy or a dispute in connection with this BOMBARDIER LIM-
ITED WARRANTY, BOMBARDIER suggests that you try to resolve the issue at the
distributorship/dealership level. We recommend discussing the issue with the autho-
rized dealer’s service manager or owner.
(b) If further assistance is required, the distributor’s service department should be contact-
ed in order to resolve the matter.
