TROUBLESHOOTING
If there is no response from the display (no screen):
1.
Check if the power cord is properly connected to the display.
2.
Check if the AC switch is turned on.
3.
Check if the signal source device is properly connected to the display.
4.
Check if the SDM (if any) is properly installed in the display.
5.
In case of voltage instability, wait for the voltage to stabilize and then turn on/off the display
again with the remote control or AC switch.
If the display is powered on and operating but shows no picture:
1.
Check if the display’s input source setting matches the source device connected to the display.
2.
Check if the SDM (if any) is switched on.
3.
In case of voltage instability, wait for the voltage to stabilize and then turn on/off the display
again with the remote control or AC switch.
If the display shows abnormal (unstable, unfocused, distorted, etc.) images:
1.
Check if the signal source device is properly connected to the display.
2.
In case of voltage instability, wait for the voltage to stabilize and then turn on/off the display
again with the remote control or AC switch.
If the display shows horizontal and/or vertical blocks/lines:
1.
Check if the signal source device is properly connected to the display.
2.
In case of voltage instability, wait for the voltage to stabilize and then turn on/off the display
again with the remote control or AC switch.
If the SDM is not automatically powered on at the time when the display is switched on:
1.
Enter the display’s settings to enable the auto power-on function.
If there is an SDM software loading error:
1.
Re-install the SDM’s system software.
