Anti-lock Braking System (ABS) 9M

ABS 9M system is a two-channel latest-generation

system that actuates combined braking with anti

lift-up function for the rear wheel so as to guarantee

not only a reduced stopping distance, but also a

higher stability under braking.
Check that the front (1) and rear (2) phonic wheels are

clean.

Attention

Clogged reading slots would compromise

system proper operation. It is recommended to

disable ABS system in case of muddy road surface

because under this condition the system might be

subject to sudden failure.

Attention

Prolonged wheelies could deactivate the ABS

system.
