Additional information
If you put liquid (e.g. water, stock) into the pan, ensure that the pan is not filled to the rim
- approximately 2/3 of the nominal content is the maximum filling capacity and should
not be exceeded. Place your pan centrally on an appropriate burner (see Positioning on
the heat source).
To boil water or other liquids, turn on the hob to the highest level. If the liquid starts to
boil, immediately turn it down to a low level (for example level 3 to 4 on a 9-level hob).
Metal or glass lids can also affect the sealing. Resulting damages do not constitute
grounds for a guarantee or warranty claim.
Scratches and damages caused by knocks, including those caused by normal usage, shall
not constitute grounds for a guarantee or warranty claim.
Any surface irregularities are purely visual. They do not restrict the function.
Please do not allow any frying and food residues to dry onto the pan. Do not store any
food in your pan.
Coatings for Schulte-Ufer cookware/fryware are made exclusively from PFOA- and PFOS-
free raw materials. This also applies to your pan Switch.
