After every use
Pan
Clean the pan by hand straight after every frying process. Please ensure that it has cooled
down completely before you start the cleaning. It is recommended that you always clean
the pan with washing up liquid, in order to remove old grease without any residue. For
this, use hot water, standard washing up liquid and either a dishcloth, a sponge or a
soft brush.
Do not store any food in your pan. Empty it after every frying process. Do not allow any
frying residues to dry onto it.
In general, coated cookware and glass lids are
not
dishwasher-safe. The additives in the
dishwasher rinsing agents may harm the sealings and attack the surface of the glass:
coatings lose their non-stick properties, glass lids become cloudy when they are cleaned
frequently in the dishwasher. In addition, exposed aluminium bases may develop grey to
black discolourations. In all cases, you shall not be entitled to make a complaint.
