Glass ceramic and halogen hobs:
The diameter of the base should be
slightly larger or the same as the diameter of the burner, in order to cook
in an energy-efficient way.
Do not pull or push the pan over the glass ceramic hob. Grains of salt,
dust and similar particles may damage the glass ceramic. Always left the
pan up to move it.
Aluminium pans with an exposed base may produce abrasion on the
glass ceramic surface. Remove the abraded particles immediately with
a cleaning agent for glass ceramic. After it has been burn it repeatedly,
this can no longer be removed.
Gas stoves:
When using the pan on gas stoves, ensure that the flames
do not go beyond the base of the pan. Otherwise, the sealing may be
damaged in the case of coated cookware. Always place the pan central-
ly, so that a secure position is guaranteed and that it is not damaged as
a result of overheating of the edge area.
Solid burners:
The diameter of the base should be slightly larger or
the same as the diameter of the burner, in order to cook in an energy-
efficient way.
